Do I have my own case worker?

We do not allocate a specific case worker or support person. We make sure that there is a strict ratio of one case worker per family while under our guidance.

If I have concerns, who do I speak to?

Please speak to your Family Support Worker or the Team Leader as soon as possible. We would like to know any concerns you may have for the safety of your child.
